Maintenance fees are calculated on a year to year basis.  These costs are based on all lots that are developed or sold, divided by the total amount of expenses.  (Figures for 2008 will be available after the end of the year.)  These fees change each year with the variation of insurance cost, electric costs, weather, vandalism, acts of god, and number of billable lots*.
