Airport Fees 2009
Airport fees (per lot)
Residential - $42.33 per month
Commercial - $63.49 per month
Airport fees (if located within the active home owners association*, or by agreement**)
Residential - $40.46
Commercial - $60.56
*In 2005 the active home association, which consist of 41 lots at the NE of airport, voted to have a fixed rate for a period of 5 years, which is referenced by a “Memorandum of Agreement” between the HOA and D.E. NorthFork, LLC. To review this documents click here.
**D.E. NorthFork, LLC also provided the fixed rate option to the remaining property owners at the airport. There are currently 66 property owners who have opted for the fixed rate.
This agreement expires on December 31, 2010

MAINTENANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Maintenance:
Snow removal, grading of cross wind runway, sweeping of runway and taxiways, crack sealing, runway strip painting, grass fertilizing & mowing, hydro-ax brush control, flood maintenance, signage, wind sock, electric for lighted wind sock, portable toilet, vandalism, acts of god. In 2009 airport lighting electric fees & general lighting maintenance will be added. For more information on maintenance criteria click here.
Administrative:
LIABLILIY INSURANCE, office supplies, office labor, taxes, accounting
