Committee Purpose:
To organize property owners from the 27 separate and distinct phases within Wolf Lake Airport Subdivision into one entity.
Goals:
(1)To form a committee which is representative of the Wolf Lake Airport property owners, both residential and commercial;
(2)To develop and implement one set of covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCR’s) which will govern the entire subdivision and dispense with the 27 phases which currently exist;
(3)To develop CCR’s that provide clear and concise understanding of property rights, access, maintenance, fees, and assessments and that provide for the continued long term use of the airport.
Airport Owner’s Mission Statement:
To provide residents and friends of Wolf Lake Airport with a safe and well maintained runway that meets or exceeds the expectations of its users.
