Lane Olson, Mark Foley, Brian Baranek, Vicki Westphal, Patty Livingston [all property owners] and Guy Turner [interested party] met at the home of Patty Livingston at 6:30 p.m.  The group selected the name Wolf Lake Airport Transition Committee.

The committee members discussed the airport history, including all the different phases of the subdivision, i.e. Aero on Wolf Lake (several additions and phases), Northfork, Wiley Post, Flying Circus, Concorde, Lucky Lindy and Aviator.  There was general discussion about the area on the northeast side, which has an active owners’ association, as well as discussion about the remaining areas around the airport, that have no active owners’ associations.

The committee members discussed the concept of all property owners in the airport subdivisions adopting one “universal” set of covenants for all property owners.  The committee members will proceed by communicating individually with property owners around the airport to poll the airport property owners to determine the interest level in the project. 

If the committee members determine that there is a high level of interest for adopting one universal set of covenants they will proceed to establish a formal committee to draft a proposed set of covenants for presentation to all property owners.
