TRANSITION COMMITTEE

Minutes of Meeting on 4/8/09

Meeting called to order at 6:15 pm.

In attendance:  Vicki Westphal, Patty Livingston, Adam Sholton, Lane Olson, Nate Martin, Allen and Cindi Thomas, all property owners, met at the home of Allen and Cindi Thomas.

This was the committee’s fourth meeting.  Committee members were assigned tasks for the different areas of the covenants to put everything together so that a review can be done so that we can begin composing the “Universal” covenants . 

Spring Clean -up scheduled for May 9^th.  Flyers have been passed around the neighborhood

Vicki Provided covenants from June Lake Airpark and also Sky Ranch airport subdivisions. 

The next committee meeting will be held on May 12, 2009 at Patty Livingstons home located at 4890 N. Phantom Place; everyone is welcome to attend.

Anyone interested in discussing the project is welcome to contact a committee member.
